 Superintendent’s Message

Dr. Paul Uttley

Welcome to our school district’s website, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about Stratford ISD.

As Superintendent, I am proud to serve the Stratford students, teachers, staff, parents and community. Our schools are filled with passionate educators, caring staff, and bright students.  In Stratford, I do not believe we can separate the school from the community.  We are all Stratford Elks and we are all blessed to live in Stratford.

I am excited to start the 2025-26 school year and I know that it will be a year filled with growth, fun and I am sure some challenges.  We commit that we will stand with our students during this year and we look forward to partnering with our parents to ensure the best possible experience for all of our students.

Once an Elk, Always an Elk.

 Paul Uttley
