Message from the Principal

A woman with long dark hair smiles at the camera, wearing a blue blazer.

Hello. My name is Meagan Wilson, and I’m proud to be serving my second year as principal at Stratford High School. I’ve been in education for 20 years, and I hold a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I’m currently pursuing my doctorate from Texas Tech University. My husband, Shawn, and I have been married for 18 years, and we have four wonderful children, a daughter-in-law, and a precious granddaughter. Three of our daughters attend Stratford ISD as a senior, freshman, and fourth grader, and our son and his family are currently stationed at Fort Irwin, California. When I’m not cheering on our students at school events, I love spending quality time with my family on the weekends.

At Stratford High School, home of the Elks, we are committed to student growth and ensuring every graduate leaves well-rounded and prepared for the future. Our campus focus is built on Strength through Unity, Grace through Purpose, and Excellence through Tradition. We encourage all students to get involved, try new activities, and be active members of our school community. At Stratford, we believe in working together to create a safe, supportive, and successful learning environment for everyone.

Thank you,

Meagan Wilson
