The Stratford ISD Education Foundation was created to support the educational programs for both the students and the staff of the Stratford Independent School District. The Foundation provides funds for educational programs and activities outside the parameters of the normal operating budget. These funds will be used to facilitate student achievement and skills development, to recognize and encourage staff excellence and to expand community involvement from individuals, businesses and civic organizations.
Founded in August of 2002, the Stratford Education Foundation has given over $150,000 in grants as of December 2018.  Many other activities and requests have been funded by individual donors as well.
