Born and raised in Oklahoma, Mike Dominguez is an educator with teaching and administrator experience that spans over four different decades, five districts, and one open-enrollment charter school. Mr. Dominguez experience is broad and extensive which includes fourteen years as an administrator serving in such roles as Deputy Superintendent, High School Principal, Assistant High School Principal, Assistant Middle School Principal, Assistant Junior High School Principal, and Professional Educator.
Mr. Dominguez is a highly visible and is involved in the community. Mr. Dominguez will use data to help drive all decisions to ensure student success. The recipe for his success is still the same: to drive student improvement with educator-centered accountability and measured instructional resources.
Mr. Dominguez received his Bachelor’s Degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and his Master’s Degree from West Texas A&M University. Mr. Dominguez has multiple certifications: Superintendent, Principal K-12, Geography, United States History, and World History. Mr. Dominguez is currently a Doctoral candidate at West Texas A&M University in Educational Leadership.
Mr. Dominguez is an active member of Stratford Lions Club, Texas Association of Secondary School Principals, Texas Association of School Administrators, and a member of the Texas Wrestling Hall of Honor for Leadership and Coaching. Mike and his wife Lisa have three adult children, daughter Devan, and sons Mason and Duncan.
